Description
Amaiva produces "Good Night" tea according to the specifications of ancient Ayurvedic scriptures and herbs that grow in Europe. Valerian, lemon balm and fennel are just a few of the highly aromatic ingredients. Thanks to the aroma box, the taste remains unadulterated and the quality is consistently high.

Preparation: Steep 1 heaped teaspoon per cup at 70 - 80°C water temperature for 3 to 5 minutes.
