The Indian nettle or Coleus Forskohlii L. plant contains Forskolin. The plant is very beautiful, especially in the spring. It has colourful leaves.
The FutuNatura capsules contain Indian nettle extract in a ratio of 5: 1. The capsule shell is made of gelatin.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule per day with plenty of water.
- For weight loss, 2 capsules per day are recommended.
