Pure Encapsulations® Energy & Endurance contains a complex of carbohydrates and minerals.
Recommended intake:
Dissolve 2 scoops of 8.5g each in a glass of water (250 ml) (the solution has a carbohydrate content of 5.6%) and drink 20 minutes before workouts or training.
Caution:
Do not take together with MAO inhibitors. If you have hyperthyroidism, consult your doctor before taking this product.
