Description

Modified Citrus Pectin by Allergy Research Group is made up of extracted modified pectin from citrus peels. Through a special process, the size of the pectin molecule is reduced to allow for better absorption.

  • The average molecular weight of the pectin is 30kD
  • The pH value is between 6 and 7.2
  • The product does not contain more than 5% of methoxylation

Recommended use:

  • Take 1 heaping teaspoon (5g) and mix into water or juice and drink. Take 5-15 grams a day, or 1-3 drinks.
  • Add the powder to a glass or a shaker and stir or shake. Add more or less water as you please.

Note: If you need a low sodium diet, consult a doctor before use.

Modified Citrus Pectin is also available in capsule form.
