Description

Crushed organic golden linseed by Alnatura is a great addition to muesli and pancake batter. Their mild taste goes well with both sweet and savoury foods - perfect for cooking and baking.

Note:

Linseeds have a high swelling capacity and should therefore be taken with plenty of liquid.
Golden linseeds contain substances that release hydrogen cyanide when crushed. Heating crushed linseed by cooking or baking reduces the hydrogen cyanide content. Adults can safely consume a maximum of 15g or around 2 tablespoons of linseeds per day.
