Uses:

• 1-2 tablespoons of coconut flour can be added as a raw ingredient in shakes, smoothies or cereals.
• Try the coconut flour in soups, stews, casseroles, curries or desserts.
• When baking, about 20% of the conventional flour in your recipe can be replaced with coconut flour. Due to the high swelling capacity we recommend increasing the amount of liquid in the recipe until the dough has the desired consistency.
• Thin pancakes can be baked using only coconut flour.

Ingredients:

• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 heaping tablespoon of coconut flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 80 ml of coconut milk or whole milk

Preparation:

Mix the ingredients well into a smooth batter and fry in a pan like conventional pancakes.
