Recommended use:
- Take 2 capsule three times daily with sufficient liquid.

- "Magic Socks": Open 1 capsule and mix the contents with a little oil. Apply the mixture to the soles of the child's feet, put on a sock, and leave the sock and mixture on for a few hours or overnight.
