Description

Glucomannan is a water-soluble fibre obtained from the tubers of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac). This powder can be mixed with water to make a delicious drink with a refreshing orange flavour. The powder also contains inulin from chicory and vitamin C. Ideal for figure-conscious people.

Recommended use:

  • Mix 1 measuring spoonful of powder in 200-400 ml of water 3 times a day and drink approx. 30 minutes before a meal.
