It is a combination of the curcuminoids curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin and is absorbed well. The vegan and gluten-free capsules are packaged in ultraviolet glass which prolongs their shelf life.
Recommended dose:
Take 3 capsules daily.
