Description
Unlike other antioxidants, lipoic acid is both fat soluble and water soluble. Thus it can be used both in watery cells (such as blood) and fat in the cell components (such as cell walls and membranes). In these high dose tablets, you receive 300mg of the alpha-lipoic acid. The sustained release tablets make the capsules special.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or a glass of water.
- Please keep in a cool, dry place.
