Description
Coenzyme B Complex by KAL contains the essential B vitamins which are chemically distinct substances required for many processes in the human body.
It contains thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid. The formulation is rounded out with phosphatidyl choline, PABA and inositol.
Recommended dose:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water.
