Each L-Taurin tablet by KAL contains 500 mg L-taurine which is formed by the amino acids L-cysteine and L-methionine. In the human body, L-taurine is found mainly in the brain, retina, heart, muscles and white blood cells.
L-taurine is absorbed by the body through meat and other animal-based products.
Recommended dose:
