Description

The Base Balance herbal tea consists of essential herbs such as fennel, aniseed, caraway, black cumin, rooibos and raspberry leaves.

Preparation:

For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
