Description

Natural magnesium for daily intake. The magnesium in this formulation is in an organic form and therefore easily absorbed. This food supplement is allergen-free and sugar-free.

Recommended dose:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon/sachet daily in approx. 200 ml of warm water and drink as soon as the solution becomes clear. If necessary, a second spoon/sachet can be taken per day.
Children from 3 to 11 years: 1/2 teaspoon/sachet once a day
