Description
This flour is perfect for making gluten-free baked goods and dishes. It can also be used in desserts or mueslis. To make the flour, ripe walnuts are gently turned into oil via mechanical pressing. The result is the de-oiled press cake, which can be used as a nut flour. The wonderful aroma unfolds during cooking and baking. The walnut powder makes an ideal alternative to conventional types of flour.
Notes:
- Store tightly closed and refrigerated because the flour clumps together when exposed to humidity.
