Description
This supplement contains the four most important lactic acids that form bacteria strains, including Lactobaccilus Acidophilus.
Recommended use:
- Take 1-3 capsules per day with plenty of water on an empty stomach, preferably at bedtime. For the optimal effect, empty the contents of the capsule (s) into half a glass of lukewarm water. Let sit at least 15 minutes, then stir and drink.
