Preparation:
- 1 serving - dissolve 33g (equivalent to 3 tablespoons) in 500 ml of water.
Recommended use:
- Maximum 1 serving per day
- Drink before exercise as needed.
- During exercise/sport, drink about 150 - 200 ml every 15 minutes.
