It is advertised with these claims: "The listed mechanisms of action justify the use of B. subtilis as part of an integrated therapy for combating intestinal infections; preventing respiratory infections in the cold season; preventing antibiotic-associated diarrhea; for correcting digestive disorders and promoting food absorption."
I have been taking it every day for 3 weeks. I have noticed mild improvement in my frequent diarrhea problem. However, cannot confirm if it is because of this product, or increasing fiber in my diet, or something else...
