Description
The Organic Vegi Mix by SOJALL is a premium quality organic food consisting of wholegrain rice, maize, buckwheat, millet, peas, lentils, linseed, alfalfa and red clover. Vegetarians and vegans love the SOJALL® Vegi Mix especially because of its high vitamin B12 content. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Manufacturing process: SOJALL® Vegi Mix is sprouted using the natural SOJALL KEIMO FOOD® process. Thanks to this enzyme-friendly process (below 40°C), the micronutrient (vitamins) content is preserved or even increased.
Recommended use: 2 teaspoons per day with yoghurt, muesli, fruit and vegetable juice, smoothie, water or SOJALL® Trinko (fruity organic fermented drink with aronia, pomegranate, elderberry, beetroot and grape juice and Jerusalem artichoke).
Note:
- Do not heat, as important enzymes and micronutrients (vitamins) will be lost
- May contain traces of gluten, soy and lupins
