Description
Resveratrol is a secondary plant substance and is a polyphenol. Resveratrol "Triple Strength" by Solaray is formulated with Japanese knotweed, grape skin extract, grape seed extract and red wine extract. Each capsule contains 90 mg resveratrol and 45 mg transresveratrol.
Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water.
Note:
Do not take during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or if you're trying to become pregnant.
