Sponser's beta-alanine tabs are intracellular acid buffers that are suitable for high-intensity workouts and competitions. The tabs are vegan and have a slow-release formula, which means that you don't experience the typical tingling sensation on the skin when you take them.

Application:

Take 2 x 2 tablets daily, preferably with a meal.
